The Groeber Consulting Group, Inc. (GCG) is a woman-owned small business located in Fairfax, Virginia focusing on support to the Public Sector. We provide both strategic consulting and individual support to government agencies and organizations.

GCG performs a wide range of consulting services focusing on life-cycle management of Federal Human Capital/Human Resources (HC/HR) programs and operations (sourcing, recruiting, classification, compensation, benefits, retirement, and outplacement removals), HR Information Technology programs, strategic planning, manpower management, succession planning and organizational development and design.

Additionally, we have the capability to provide Information Technology, Systems Testing, Training, Web Design and Development and Graphic Design support.
Who We Are
Ginger Groeber is the President and CEO of GCG. She has extensive HC/HR and Information Technology experience in a Federal Environment.

Ms. Groeber has held key positions both in the government and in the Commercial sector, such as the Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Civilian Personnel Policy and Lockheed Martin Vice President for Human Capital Practice. GCG engages employees and independent contractors to support the needs of the Federal Market. We exclusively use Exfederal.com, a job board and resume database for government contractors, to source our staff needs.

We bring to the table Federal Human Capital experience based on years of working within the government as well as providing consultants for government clients. It’s easy to find large private sector consulting firms that bring those concepts to the public sector, but it’s not easy to find companies that focus solely on public sector HC/HR consulting and services.

We know the Federal HC/HR business inside and out, from strategic consulting and development of visionary plans to analyzing performance to performing technical complete life-cycle work. We support the design, development, testing and operation of Information Technology projects ranging from HR IT systems to websites and databases design and development.
